Tony's consultation and services are free and he will be there to give you a written plan of action and guide you through the process of "staging" should this be an avenue you want to explore. I will also offer different marketing and pricing strategies to get best results from the current market conditions. There are many different approaches to get you to your goal.

The more information provided, the easier the decision will be for the purchaser. The website also allows a purchaser to revisit your property at any time and reinforces interest as compared to a runner up that only has an MLS sheet.
